Free Shipping Worldwide

Best Custom Patches offers worldwide shipping for custom promotional product orders. Standard shipping may be included with eligible orders unless special shipping methods, remote-area surcharges, rush delivery or carrier upgrades are required.

Because most items are custom-made, final delivery schedules depend on artwork approval, product type, quantity, production complexity and destination country.

Processing & Production Time

Most custom orders require artwork review and digital proof confirmation before production starts. Production begins after the order details and design proof are approved.

  • Digital proof is usually prepared before production.
  • Production starts after confirmation of artwork, size, quantity and product specifications.
  • Normal turnaround time is generally about 2-3 weeks, depending on product type and quantity.
  • Rush service may be available for certain products after confirmation with our team.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery time includes production time and shipping transit time. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays or remote-area delivery conditions.

If you need products for an event, campaign, trade show or fixed deadline, please contact us before placing the order so we can check the best production and shipping option.

Tracking Information

Once your order is completed, inspected and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the package is collected by the carrier.

  • Tracking number will be sent after shipment.
  • Carrier updates may not appear immediately after pickup.
  • Delivery status is controlled by the carrier after the package leaves our facility.
  • If you need an order update during production, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Address Requirements

Please provide a complete and correct physical shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incomplete, incorrect or outdated address information.

  • Please include recipient name, street address, city, state/province, postal code and country.
  • Please include a valid phone number if required by the carrier.
  • We ship to physical addresses only. PO Box delivery may not be supported.
  • Address changes may not be possible after production or shipment has started.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or local charges depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled by Best Custom Patches.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import-related charges if required by the destination country.

Delivery Delays

We do our best to ship orders on schedule, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed in every situation. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather, public holidays, carrier backlog, incorrect address information or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost, Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, missing recipient information or failed delivery attempts, additional reshipping costs may apply. If a package is suspected to be lost, we will assist with the carrier investigation based on the tracking record.
