Promotional Products ships branded merchandise, corporate gifts, and trade show items worldwide. Transit times depend on production status, order volume, shipping method, and destination country.
Shipping methods
We arrange sea freight, air freight, road transport, and express courier services. The best option is selected based on weight, dimensions, budget, and delivery deadline.
Production and handling time
Stocked blanks ship faster. Decorated or assembled orders typically require 7–15 business days after artwork approval, depending on imprint method and quantity.
- Dispatch begins after item, quantity, imprint, and delivery address are confirmed.
- Rush service may be available by agreement when capacity allows.
- Exact schedules are stated in your sales confirmation.
Estimated delivery windows
Total time includes production or pick-and-pack plus carrier transit. Dates are indicative and may change due to customs, weather, holidays, or remote delivery areas.
If you have a fixed event, launch, or trade show date, tell us before you order so we can recommend the right production and freight plan.
Tracking
- Tracking numbers are shared when the carrier makes them available.
- Status updates may lag after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
- Once with the carrier, delivery is under their network; we assist with tracking inquiries.
Delivery address requirements
- Provide a complete delivery address: recipient, street, city, postal code, and country.
- Include a phone number for courier contact when required.
- PO boxes may not be suitable for bulk cartons or pallet shipments.
- Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International shipments may incur import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees in the destination country. These are usually paid by the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery delays
We aim to ship on schedule but cannot guarantee every delivery date. Delays may result from customs inspection, weather, public holidays, or carrier backlog.
Lost, returned, or undeliverable parcels
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, reshipment may require additional charges. Contact us promptly if a parcel appears lost so we can open a carrier inquiry.

- Export cartons and pallets for larger programs.
- Labeling and packing lists available on request.
